PRICES

All prices indicated for products are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.

AVAILABILITY

As our items are made to order, we will specify a lead time prior to placing the order and requesting payment. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will update you asap should this happen.

PORTRAYAL OF ITEMS

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items. We will not accept responsibility for reasonable differences in tone or shape.

PAYMENT

Our website is non-transactional. To make a purchase, kindly email us with your enquiry. Once we confirm your order, we will send you an invoice via email. Payment is to be made via BACS transfer. Payment needs to be received before we proceed with the production and dispatch of your items.

DELIVERY

We will provide an estimated delivery cost prior to confirming your order and requesting payment. If you prefer to arrange your own delivery, please let us know at the time of order confirmation, and we can discuss the details.

For international orders, additional charges may apply, such as import duties, which we are unable to provide specific details on. We recommend that international customers contact their local authorities for more information regarding these potential charges.

CANCELLATION

We do not accept cancellations on made to order items.

RETURNS

As our items are made to order, we can only accept returns for faulty items or those damaged during transit. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide any relevant evidence, such as photos, where applicable.

PURCHASE RELATED TO PRODUCTS

The items for sale on our website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the items you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
